Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.

Under the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act, (The Unity Bill) this position is considered a Safety-sensitive position.
Safety-sensitive is defined to include any job that includes tasks or duties that could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others.

Research account issues; correct and/or initiate correction of errors Initiate outgoing telephone contact and written correspondence in order to receive payment and/or payment arrangements, reduce bad debt and AR days, and increase cash collection.
Respond to or forward as needed all non-cash business office correspondence.
Assist registration, charge posting, and medical records as necessary.
